Subject: [TRLog] Manual discrepancies, was Everything from one port?

Hi,

Serial ports come usually in two types, DB-25 and DB-9. On the computer side
the serial port is always a MALE connector and the parallel port is the
FEMALE connector.

I found that http://www.beyondlogic.org/serial/serial.htm has a lot info on
rs232 (serial) ports.
