I've put a modified config file for the HA-DX contest at
http://www.trlog.onlinehome.de/cfg/HA-DX.zip
Hungarian counties and HA-DX-Club member numbers (to be prefixed with a C)
are counted as multipliers.
It also has an initial exchange file with the HA-DX-Club member numbers.
