[TRLog] CtrlC-CtrlD messages

I very rarely use SSB but decided to do a little in the ARRL 
this w/e.

I have various CtrlC-CtrlD bracketed commands programmed to 
function keys, viz SWAPRADIOS CQMODE SAPMODE NEXTBANDMAP, and 
these work well in CW. However I found that they would not work 
at all in SSB mode. Executing a simple Alt M command immediately 
made them effective, weird!

Any ideas?
