[TRLog] TR and MMTTY for RTTY

Thanks Tree for the RTTY capabiIity.

I just set up TR 6.57 (6.56+) for RTTY as per Trees instructions. I used
MMTTY in emulation mode as TNC241 at 4800 baud and TR receives RTTY OK. Have
not got it to transmit properly yet. Has anyone else tried this combination?
