You can download iprov.dom (Italian Provinces DOM File)
from my site:

the iprov.dom is inside the i4080.zip file.
one addition should be done to that list:
Rm = RM, ROMA
Now on the file there is only Rm = RM, which is sometime
limiting, since many of I0xxx send full ROMA as the Province,
which is the right spell in fact.
I will put on the site a separate iprov.dom file in few days
or I can send via e-mail to whom need it.
May be Tree would include this file in the TR distribution file.??
