[TRLog] Changing Bands at the Radio

While getting ready for SS CW, I noticed this:

With SKIP ACTIVE BAND set to True, I could change bands at the radio's
bandswitch and the radio would actually go to and stay on the band occupied
by the other radio.  Is there a way to prevent this?  It happened only when
manually changing bands and did not occur using the keyboard; keyboard band
changes were 'normal': radios skipped the occupied band.
