[TRLog] general logging

Hi Folks,

I use the logger of LX1NO found at http://www.qsl.net/lx1no . 
it's free and tracks dozens of awards, even ones I've never heard of.
Imports ADIF files and several from divers contest progs, but no TR directly.
Use the ADIF conversion instead.
