[TRLog] IOTA and POST

Hey guys - the IOTA contest was pretty tricky to put into 
TR.  It was a LOT of work.

Please do not expect POST to be up to checking multipliers.  

Instead, if you feel you need to do this (you shouldn't have
to unless you made a bunch of edits after the contest), please
use the TR READ command.
