[TRLog] 6.71B 2-Radio Problem

Found the following problem on 6.71B:

TR set on Radio 2.

Change bands on Radio 1 using the radio band switch.  TRLog does not
automatically detect that Radio 1 has changed bands.  Therefore, the Radio 1
band output pins are not updated until you hit Alt-R to switch TRLog to
Radio 1.
