[TRLog] Alt B/V

Friend of mine (he uses TS-450) has same problems Floyd mentioned: radio
doesn't follow changes made with AltB/V. Actually, when he is on 40, for
example, pressing Alt-V shows for a while '3525' on the screen and he hears
beep generated by radio, but radio's frequency doesn't change and frequency
display left side line below call window returns to previous (40m)
frequency.

When Matt is using VFO-B, same thing happens with Alt-M command: mode
changes (toggles) but frequency remains the same (while VFO-A, mode toggles
from CW to SSB and frequency changed somewhere inside SSB band). Actually,
when he's trying to change mode in VFO-B mode, #VFO-A# moves to default
frequency for changed mode!

Have to teach him how to create RADIODEBUG file to send it to Tree & Ron.

73 & all the best in coming year!
