Bizarre. On all my systems and browsers it is the third button from the
left, and you left click on it. (Well, actually, the Java code should allow
any click should work.)
Anyway, you don't have to fight with my personal pages any more. I had
forgotten that I needed to use SFTP instead of FTP to upload to the
manual's regular QTH. It's there now:

The text on the web says "6.63", but when you download the manual, you get
6.71B.
No A4 version yet. Turns out to be a real pain, but will get one out as
quickly as I can.
