[Trlog] Shift Enable on FT1000MP

Never have been able to make this work right on my MP's.

The problem is that in RUN MODE shift still does a QSY. This leads
to landing on someone elses frequency during runs !

A nice feature, any way to make it work just for S&P ???

CTL-J reset everytime I want to shift from RUN to S&P d/n make sense.
