I'm not a two radio guy but...
According to the manual (my Version 6.59 on page 63) the
command is "Ctrl" + "-" (hyphen). (All of Section 6.1
addresses two radio operation.)
I know because I accidentally got into the mode and had to
look it up to figure out what had happened.
