[Trlog] 2nd Radio Contacts

With 6.78 in SS CW, POST's Band Change report told me I had 52 second radio
contacts.  While I had TR-Log configured for 2 radios, the second radio was
powered off and the program was never toggled to the second (dead) radio.  I
was packet connected and jumping to spots a lot, perhaps 52 times, I really
don't know.

What is the Band Change report telling me?
