[Trlog] cq ssb inactive radio working v6.78?

So I program cq msg F8 as follows:

ctrl-P ctrl-a dvk1
(this gives me a white happy-face and dvk1)

Isn't that supposed to send the contents of
dvk1 on the inactive radio? It sends it on
the active radio. The A/B relay doesn't flip.

What am I missing here? This problem sounds
vaguely familiar.
