Another twist on this would be to allow an option that would
normalize the QSO rate to equivalent number of 3 point QSOs.
IOW, if you were running 2 pointers at 150 QSO/HR the display
would read 100/HR. If you were running 0 pointers at any rate,
the display would read zero.
