[Trlog] Rescoring on the fly

During NAQP today, I muffed the state for an entry that was a new mult for
me.
After it had moved up into the 5 line log window, I edited it to correct the
state.  However, the mult counter in the scoring area didn't pick it up.
Is there a way, during a contest, to get the scoring routine to pick up
corrections
like this and update the score on the fly?
