This should probably be called a lack of timekeeping problem. Here's what's
happening. If I have TR Log operating and then do not use it for more than 15
or 20 minutes the screen goes blank (black) and the PC clock does strange
things. As an example, with TR Log open but unused two hours later the screen
is blank. Press any key and the screen slowly recovers; this takes about ten
seconds or so. But the clock is showing that only one hour has elapsed and not
two.

This is with an old IBM made Pentium 1. Operating system is Win98SE but I
always do a restart in DOS. Then to the C:\ prompt and into TRLog. Battery has
been replaced so this is not an issue.

Any suggestions as to what is causing this, and even more important how to
correct it? No prizes for guessing my reaction after many hours of on and off
operating during a 24 or 48 hour contest before I realized what was
happening.....
