Yes, the baud rate set in the radio and TR-Log must be the same. I'm using
4800 baud with a pair of Pro3s and a pair of Pro2s and that works fine with
all versions of TR-Log from 6.74 to 6.85.
Attached is the logcfg.dat file I used in the ARRL 10-Meter Contest.
