Thank you all for various advice on how to create an appropriate Cabrillo fil from the RDXC DAT file. The method I picked was the one suggested by Valius, LY2BOS, who advised me to change the name of the contest from "RUSSIAN DX' to "CQ WPX" in the CFG file.
