For Win98, at the C:\WINDOWS> prompt type
LH /?
SMARTDRV /?
For DOS, at the C:\DOS> prompt type
HELP LH
HELP SMARTDRV
or just plain HELP
The DOS information is more complete because Microsoft wasn't yet playing down
the command line.
