[Trlog] CQ Exchange in CW NAQP

Is the default CQ Exchange still functioning as intended in 6.95?  
I had to edit in the caller's callsign in yesterday's CW NAQP.

I believe that this comment also applies to the QSO Before reply, but
I'm not certain because that only happened once.

Something similar happened in the IARU HF event, but I attributed it
to my CFG error back then.  This time, I know that I've used the defaults
for past NAQP CQ Exchanges.
