[Trlog] Serial keying problem

I am using a serial port to control and key my second rig (K2) but when 
I start TR, the interface keys the rig continuously. Using alt-R to 
change rigs stops the keying, and it returns to normal function, and
everything is fine until I restart TR. Any thoughts as to how to fix
this?
