[Trlog] Contest Definition

Hi,

I am Marco HB9OCR, Traffic Manager of USKA.

We have from 01.01.2020 a monthly VHF and UP contest and we would like to
use your TRLog for our contest.

Could you create the definition ? It's very similar to NAC, IAC and H26 VHF.
