[VHFcontesting] 70cm PA LDMOS

I am wondering if anyone is aware of a suitable  (preferably drop-in ) 
replacement for an Ampleon BLP05H9S500P LDMOS?.   It is an inexpensive device 
for 400 watts from a 70cm  PA, but the plastic package does not do well when it 
heats up.   It would be nice to find a compatible device with a ceramic 
package.   Is anyone aware of such a device?
