[VHFcontesting] Where were the K1FO designs published?

I am trying to locate where the complete set of K1FO yagi designs were
published.  Not the original 432 yagi that was in Dec87/Jan88 QST, but the
article that included 144 - 220 - 432.  I have a partial set of pages marked
Chapter 18 ,that possibly appear to be from an ARRL Handbook, or Antenna
Book.  Its' not in any of the versions I have and Google has not helped at
all.
