New WriteLog Country Files

AD1C recently updated the CTY files with the DXCC country info in them.
WriteLog uses more detail in the CTY file so we have an edited version 
named WL_CTY.DAT. The latest version is now at:

http://www.contesting.com/writelog/Downloads/WL_CTY.ZIP

Instructions:
1. download the above file
2. UNZIP its entire contents into your \programs folder. It will over write
6 files whose names all end in ".dat"
