[WL-USERS] TS-850S <-> WL w/o IF-232?

If you have a TS-850S interfaced to WriteLog without using the IF-232
interface from Kenwood, I would love to talk to you (mine isn't working,
obviously :-).  Tree swears that it works on TRLog, so I should be able to
get it working with WL, right?

In particular, do I need to do something with RTS to make the computer end
work?

I have ground <-> ground, tx <->tx, rx <->rx.  On the 850 end, I have a
resistor and zener diode (to protect the radio), and I have CTS <-> RTS (to
make the radio talk).  Do I need to tie CTS <-> RTS at the computer end
also?
