Bug reported by KV1W:

If you set up a new contest, record a few Fx messages, all is fine. What
has been recorded plays back upon pressing Fx. Then you push an Fx key that
is not presently programmed. Now ALL the previously programmed Fx keys have
no messages. If you exit the program and open that .wl file again, it will
be fine, until you again press an unprogrammed key.

I confirm this is broken in 10.14. This will be fixed in 10.15, but that's
at least a month away. There are a number of workarounds available in the
mean time:

1. Start the contest with messages already programmed for all of F1 through
F11.
OR
2. Select the: Setup CW/RTTY/SSB Messages menu entry, switch to the SSB
view, and make sure that none of the buffers names a file that is missing.
OR
3. If it hurts when you press that button, then don't press it.

Thanks,
Wayne, W5XD
