[WriteLog] Packet terminal window

I have made a "spot" for the packet terminal window but it always
minimizes the second I click onto the logging entry widow.  I also can't
keep the multiplier (states/countries) window on the screen.  What do I
have to do to keep it on the screen??  Packet spots, score, super check,
rate are all shown.  Tnx de Phil W2GE
