[WriteLog] File...Find callsign broken in 10.15?

This command prompts me for a callsign, asks me to select the log file to
search, then does nothing (i.e., the modeless dialog box never appears.) I
know this worked in previous releases, but it appears to have stopped
working in 10.15.
