[WriteLog] Additional TNC

I'm setting up a second station and don't want to spring for another PTC-II
and don't really like AFSK.  So I'm thinking about a Hal DXP38 -- but only
the P38 is listed as supported by Writelog.  I know that the P38 is a PC
card and the DXP38 is serial, but can they use the same interface?
