Not directly, but..
You can export ADIF from WL (save as ADIF) and then ADIF to CT ver 8 with
free LogConv by KA5WSS.
Use 8to9.exe in CT afterwards to convert ver 8 to ver 9.
You will find LogConv on http://www.qsl.net/ka5wss/logconv/
