Hi,

My problems with delay after partial call and RST and sequence had nothing to 
do with 
HD. I saved regularly log with CRL+S but had problems with  this delay in every 
partial call.
Got some hint from UA ham, that pressing SPACe immediately aftre INS will cure 
the
delay problem.
