[WriteLog] Keyboard remapping pgm....

Has anyone used a program called ShortKey by Insight. Haven't been
able to get it to use the comma to replace the Ins key. Looks to me
as if it will only recognizes keys that have ascii between 00 and 255
which Ins isn't. Any suggestions?
