Would appreciate any suggestions for why my MP continues to stay in transmit
mode after a soundcard-generated message completes. I tried both "Yes" and
"Sync" for PTT (controlled by COM port). I'm sure I've fixed this before,
but my memory fails me. (It's not a case of rf, since I'm running low power
into a dummy load.)
