The problem is that the latest WL_CTY.DAT file has, in the United States
group of prefixes, the assignment of the prefix "A" to the U.S.A.
Its this line:
4U1WB,A,AA4NU(4),...
^^^
remove this "A".
(BTW, this prevents WL from knowing the zone for A2, A3, A4, A5, A7, and A9
as well)
