I'm puzzled. In trying to setup my PK-900DSP for CW keying
during the ARRL SS-CW, there seems to be some disagreement
between the AEA/Timewave manual and the WriteLog manual
about the TNC parameters to set.

Both my PK-900 and PK-96 manuals specify:
Data bits/ word length =7
Parity-Even
Stop bits=1

WriteLog documentation and reflector correspondence from K0BX
recommend:
Data bits/word length=8
Parity=None
Stop bits=1

Which one is correct, or is this a non-issue?
