I observe a difference between setting the center freq via
1)  Clicking on the File Menu first, then set center etc (works)
2)  Right-clicking on the bandmap to get the menu.  If you do it this way,
the center freq doesn't stick, but it will if you do it via method #1.

There's something different between right-clicking and getting the same menu
via the FIle Menu selection!

The first bandmap is different sometimes because it is linked to a rig.
Even if the rig is not attached, if you manually tell it that the rig is on
14200, and then try to center the bandmap on 21200, it won't stick.
However, the "New Views" will work OK if you set the freq via the File Menu
as described above.  GL - 73
