[WriteLog] contest field editing

You can setup WL to do this today.

Instead of programming the exchange as "5NN", program it as "%F2". 

Then click "Contest Exchange Format Setup",
click on the "SNT" entry in the list on the left, turn ON the
Prompt button on the right panel, click OK, and now WL
will send whatever you have typed into the SNT column.
