[WriteLog] No xmit audio.

I've had a similar problem that was traced to two different causes:

1. WL must be in a voice mode (USB or LSB). If it isn't, then the sound card 
is dead.

2. Check to see if your sound board (ie the software that controls it: volume 
control panel) has a panel for MIC and a panel for WAV. I've found that 
either MIC or WAV gets muted when I close the volume control window and go 
back to WL. Of course, then WL doesn't work. I've taken to opening the volume 
control panel (full panels, not just the summary), make sure that the mute 
boxes are un-checked, then ALT-TAB back to WL without closing volume control. 
Pretty wierd, but that works for me.
