[WriteLog] Cut Nembers

I used to send cut numbers. After spending more time doing repeats than I
saved by using them,  I dropped them like a rock.  Imagine being a new
contester and running into this. It's a very bad thing.

1 is .---- not - , 9 is ----. not -.

It is time to stop the madness

Just say NO to cut numbers.
