[WriteLog] WriteLog/FT-1000MP; Macro to tune VFO

Still playing around with Macro Express.

A very simple macro tunes the VFO up or down when pushing Ctrl-Q or Ctrl-A
or whatever keys you choose. It uses the mouse wheel tuning function in
WriteLog but I rather use the key board. Maybe this will work for those
having problems with the mouse?

UP: <MCLK><WFW:001><MCLK>

DOWN: <MCLK><WBW:001><MCLK>
