[WriteLog] ALT-S not Working correctly

Hey All,

Just playing around with WL 10.27 this weekend, and trying to use the Send 
QTC option.  When I hit ALT-S, the "Tools" menu option is enabled.  I tested 
it on a different computer, and it works fine there.  Has anyone else seen 
this?
