[WriteLog] telnet command

"telnet" will bring up the Packet Terminal page. In the Telnet section, 
it says the following:

"Just use the File Telnet command......"

I fail to find "File Telnet" command ?

Any hints?

For test purposes, I want to try monitoring an Internet spotting 
service within WriteLog.
