[WriteLog] CDROM Support

A nice enhancement WRITELOG would be support for CDROM. For instance, in 
the RTTY test this weekend I always have to enter the state if I have not 
worked the person before. It would be nice if the CDROM (hopefully loaded 
on hard drive would be supported too) could enter the STATE field for me. 
similar things might be good on other tests.

Perhaps there is a DOMESTIC file I am missing too. Is there such a thing as 
they have in TRLOG?

I don't find anything in the printed PDF manual about this?
