Hi Courtney,
It's not in the program folder where the WL_CTY.DAT program is located. It's
in the WriteLog Program Folder found from your Start menu. So the path is
'Start|Programs' and then to where your WriteLog folder is located, then
select 'Convert Cty to WriteLog.'
