[WriteLog] T04T = FG

Hi All,
    I had the same problem. Here's what I did:

1) open WL-CTY.dat file under WL; Programs
2) add TO4T and a comma before TO9T in the line for Guadeloupe.
3) run Convert CTY to WL
4) open WL with log for contest and recalculate score if you don't have it
set to do that automatically.
