Two solutions that worked for me.
1: Install the W5XD keyer which uses a serial port
2: Use the serial port and the simple circuit in the manual. Or buy one
pre-made.
I was forced to go to the serial port when I upgraded to Windows XP.
Some users are having success with LPT ports, but it appears to vary from
machine to machine.
