The sent time needs to be part of the QSO info, regardless of the date/time at
the start of the line. It needs to look more like this:
QSO: 21095 RY 2002-03-16 0303 WW3S 599 1 0302 RD0C 599 048 0302
The exchange consists of the RST, serial number and time. It must be recorded
for both what you sent, as well as what you received.
